About Me
Hi! I’m an engineering student at Georgia State University Perimeter College, currently working toward my associate degree with plans to transfer into a mechanical engineering program. My long-term goal is to help design sustainable aircraft and create smarter solutions in transportation.
On campus, I stay actively involved in student leadership and community outreach. I serve on the Committee of the Chair for the Dunwoody Engineering Club, where I coordinate networking opportunities between students, faculty, and industry professionals, and help organize events focused on collaboration and skill development. I also serve as Finance Director for the Society of Women Engineers, where I manage budgets, prepare funding proposals, and support event planning and team strategy.
In addition, I founded and lead the Grow Together Organization, a student-run initiative that promotes gardening, sustainability, and wellness through hands-on workshops and volunteering. I regularly network and coordinate with Old Rucker Farm, where I volunteer and collaborate with local farmers to set up educational opportunities for students. This includes sustainability workshops and group service events that give our members real-world exposure to environmental stewardship.
My coursework includes Calculus, Computer Science, MATLAB, and Introduction to Engineering. I apply these skills to my hands-on projects, including 3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor and prototyping smart tech using Arduino.
Outside of academics and leadership, I’m a creative thinker who enjoys DIY projects, working with tools in the Ex-Lab, and exploring how technology and sustainability can work together. I'm always excited to grow my network and work on projects that create real-world impact.
